Tasting Notes: Fermented in 1-ton open-top fermenters, the free run and light pressings matured in Canton Pennsylvania oak puncheons for 22 months, cradling and coercing the food-friendly bountiful berries- raspberry, blueberry, boysenberry mingling with a floral potpourri of violets and peonies. The wine was bottled in 2014 and released in 2015. This bottle belongs to a limited portion of fewer than 100 cases reserved for extended aging for release 2020 and ready to be enjoyed now or during the next decade.
